Use Agentic AI and RAG to handle customer intake, customer service issues and production workflows

    • Architected an AI powered customer-service application in C# .NET Core , React / Zustand for UI and Retrieval Augmented Generation that autonomously handles email, live chat, and user inquiries, deflecting routine requests and escalating only when human judgment is required.
    • Engineered an automated C# .NET Core (EF Core) and PowerShell pipeline that continuously syncs a PostgreSQL vector database, keeping the semantic store current with zero manual intervention.
    • Developed MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools to power autonomous agents that retrieve and process electricity usage data from ERCOT and ONCOR, enabling automated access to grid and utility consumption information.
    • Delivered a React / Zustand operations dashboard giving real-time visibility into queue depth and system health, enabling faster detection and resolution of bottlenecks.
    • Designed a C# Minimal API gateway (Vertical Slice architecture) that isolates the LLM from direct access and applies circuit breakers to throttle GPU load, protecting throughput under traffic spikes.
