Participate in the modernization of software services for the State of Nevada

    • Developed an internal tool using AI to accelerate development by converting COBOL copybooks into models, generating tables and Entity Framework entities and DTO objects
    • Built REST services exchanging driver data with AAMVA in C# (.NET Core, Entity Framework) over DB2 in an Agile environment.
    • Built data-migration processes moving driver data from legacy DB2 to PostgreSQL.
    • Deployed .NET Core services using Docker and Kubernetes
    • Architected and delivered a Salesforce/MuleSoft integration proof of concept, using DataWeave transformation logic and a C# (.NET Core, Dapper) service layer to bridge modern cloud systems with legacy DB2 and CICS data sources — establishing a scalable integration pattern for connecting enterprise ERP data to cloud platforms.
    • Created deployment plans and migrated services to Azure App Service.
    • Refactored .NET 4.7 search portal project to ASP.NET Core in C#, Blazor for UI and using CICS RPC for data access.
    • Maintained an active Public Trust Clearance throughout the engagement through Knowledge Services
