SAP Conversion

Architect and implement a new .NET suite of internal Windows desktop and intranet applications

    • Conducted client interviews and led requirements gathering.
    • Architected (UML) a SharePoint Portal Server solution in C# (.NET 1.0) to replace legacy intranet apps, pulling data from SAP Payroll via the SAP .NET Connector.
    • Designed the deployment plan for SAP Payroll.
    • Maintained intranet and internal applications in C++ and Visual Basic on SQL Server/T-SQL.
    • Extended existing COM+ objects in Visual C++ and Visual Basic against SQL Server/T-SQL.
    • Built a C# (.NET 1.0, ADO.NET) REST web service exchanging payroll data with legacy systems for transfer to SAP Payroll in an n-tier SOA environment.
    • Designed and built an ASP.NET 1.0 (C#, ADO.NET) United Way charity-auction system on SQL Server/T-SQL with JavaScript/DHTML enhancements.
