Back-Office Infrastructure rewrite

Create GTE's Internetworking Website

    • Designed back-office infrastructure on MQSeries for cross-platform integration with legacy billing systems.
    • Ported a back-office user-administration system from Clarion to C++ (MFC).
    • Migrated the user-information database from Clarion to SQL Server 7.0 using stored procedures and DTS packages.
    • Built C++ (MFC) modules automating IIS provisioning of new websites.
    • Developed data-access classes using ADO and RogueWave, with MQSeries for inter-machine communication.
    • Built a C++ (MFC, RogueWave) user-provisioning module communicating with web servers over MQSeries.
    • Developed security and maintenance web pages in Classic ASP/VBScript.
    • Built an interface routing customer complaints and tech-support issues into Remedy.
